Dalia F. Anise is a Boca Raton estate planning attorney and the founder of Legacy Life Plan, LLC. She helps clients across Florida make clear decisions about who can step in if they need help, what happens to their home and savings, and how to provide for the people they love. Her goal is to help clients put their wishes in writing, reduce the need for court involvement, and give their families clear direction when difficult decisions arise.
Whether you’re creating your first plan or revisiting one after retirement, divorce, or the loss of a spouse, Dalia starts by listening. She explains your options in plain language and gives you time to think them through. Before drafting your documents, she prepares a written summary so you can review your choices, ask questions, and make changes. She brings a practical eye to decisions that can be especially personal, such as how to provide for a spouse and children from a prior marriage, or how to pass on an inheritance to children and grandchildren.
Dalia has practiced law in South Florida since 2010. She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and is licensed in Florida and New Jersey. Her practice is devoted to estate planning for Florida clients.
Outside of her practice, Dalia is active in her church and mentors middle school girls. She is a mother of two and a grandmother of five.
